ELLSWORTH – William “Bill” Henry Comstock died Aug. 6, 2005, at an Ellsworth health facility. He was born April 9, 1932, in Manchester, N.H., the son of William H. and Eulalie Beecher Comstock. Bill is survived by two sisters, Lorene Rosborough of Ellsworth and Faith Comstock Bornstein of New Sharon; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and stepnieces and stepnephews. Bill was a very warm, loving kind person. A long time residence of Ellsworth, he attended Ellsworth Congregational Church. Graveside funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Woodbine Cemetery, Ellsworth. At Bill’s request gifts in his memory can be made to the William Comstock Memorial Fund to benefit residence of Collier’s Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in care of Lorene Rosborough, 6 Laurel St., Ellsworth, ME 04605.
