SEBEC – William C. Ulaskas, 77, husband of Linda (Davis) Ulaskas, passed away April 18, 2008, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Nov. 14, 1930, in Chicago, the son of William and Angeline (Stahowski) Ulaskas. He attended Colorado State University, where he played football. From 1950 to 1954, he served in Korea with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion, and was very instrumental in completing the Lincoln Veterans’ Memorial Monument Project. In addition to his wife, Linda, he is survived by two stepsons, Ralph Dow III and Sheila of Sebec, and Anthony Frenette and Sally of Old Town; four grandchildren, Haley and Colby Frenette and Colton and Kylie Dow; a brother, Roger Ulaskas of Mesquite, Nev. He also leaves a very dear friend, Don Richmond. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Interment will be at West Enfield Cemetery.
