FORT FAIRFIELD – Winston P. Armstrong, 69, husband of the late Altina (Labbe) Armstrong and father to Hattie Clifford of Fort Fairfield died unexpectedly, Sunday evening, Jan. 22, 2006, at a Presque Isle nursing facility. Friends may call noon-1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at the Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield, where a memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m., with the Rev. Rick Vincent, officiating. Interment will take place at the Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield later in the spring. Those who wish may contribute in memory of Winston to the American Diabetes Association, Portland, Maine Office, 163 Lancaster St., Portland, ME 04101. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
