MESA, Ariz., and BREWER Irene M. Fredericks, 76, died Sept. 29, 2008, at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Franklin Square, N.Y., the daughter of Harry and Irene (Carney) Tipley. Surviving are two daughters. Services will be held in Arizona. Cremation arrangements by Cremation Basics, Inc., Bangor.
