APPLETON – Charles Ervin St. Clair Sr., 84, died peacefully Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, at Togus Veterans Hospital. A celebration of Charlie’s life will be held 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at Peoples United Methodist Church, Chapel Street, South Thomaston.
