ORONO – Paul Morris Savoy, 70, died Oct. 26, 2008, at his home. He was born March 15, 1938, in Orono, son of William Wilbur and Alice Mary (De Roche) Savoy. Surviving are his wife, Pamela (Farnsworth) Savoy of Orono; three children, Susan Fletcher of Orono, Todd Savoy and his wife, Jenna, of Henderson, N.V., and John Savoy and his wife, Donna, of Foster, R.I.; five grandchildren, Kaelee, Tori, Riley, Gianna and Miki; two sisters, Agnes Gallant of Augusta and Mary Doucette of New Hampshire; several nieces and nephews. At Paul’s request, no services will be held. Those who wish to remember “Pup” in a special way may make gifts in his memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
