LAKELAND, Fla., and WHITING – Surrounded by loved ones, Sandra J. Bradley passed on to live with our Lord Oct. 27, 2008, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Lakeland, Fla. Sandra and her husband, Dick, owned and operated Whiting Bay Bed and Breakfast, Whiting. She and her husband, Dick, were very glad to be active in Bethany Christian Church, Lakeland, Fla., and Christian Temple Church, Lubec. She considered her Church families a great blessing, and remembered them all fondly and often. Sandra is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Bradley of Lakeland, Fla.; two children, Michael and his wife, Leng Ie Gay, of Manchester N.H., and Brenda Gay-Barker; as well as her much loved granddaughter, Madison Barker of Whiting. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Jane Parker; and her first husband, Paul Gay, all of Maine. She will also be missed by her stepchildren, Lori Capri, Rick and Geri Ann Bradley, and Trish and Pete Martinez; and her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Jayson, Riki, Shaun, Juli, Matthew, Noah and Jacob, all of Connecticut. She was predeceased by her grandson, Joshua Barker. A memorial service will be held in Lubec at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Josh Barker Spin Skater Memorial Fund that the family created to grant children ages 13-19 from Washington County scholarships to pursue education in the arts and humanities.
