CORINTH – Roger Blaine Blethen passed away Nov. 9, 2008, Bangor. He was born July 18, 1941, in Garland, the son of Clifford “Pat” and Lelia Rae (Murphy) Blethen. He is survived by two daughters, Carol of Homestead, Fla., and Tara of East Enfield; a brother, Clifford and his wife, Myrna, of Manomet, Mass.; a sister, Gertrude Carr and her husband, Merton, of Falmouth; four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; a son, Paul; and a foster brother, Clifton “Kip” Murphy. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Dexter.
