LINCOLN and AGAWAM, Mass. – Sally Edwards, 65, passed away early Thursday morning, Nov. 13, 2008, while under care in Agawam, Mass. Born April 11, 1943, in Lincoln, the daughter of Leon and Genevieve (Rich) Howe. Sally graduated from Princeton (Ind.) High School; and 1965 from the University of Maine, Orono. She would go on to teach a year in Waterville before moving to Boston. She worked for Harvard, MIT, the Deaconess and finally HEI, were she was director of publications, while holding membership in the American Medical Writers Association. Sally was predeceased by her parents; and her late husband, James W. Edwards. She is survived by a son, Simon Edwards and his wife, Heather Paradise, and their children, Cora and Matthew, of Agawam, Mass.; son, Casey Edwards of Atlanta; sister, Carla Lovely and her husband, Thurber, of Lincoln; and brother, Frederic Howe and his wife, Diane, of Falmouth.
