BAR HARBOR – Harry A. Webber, 73, died Nov. 25, 2008, at a Bar Harbor hospital. He was born April 6, 1935, at Ellsworth Falls, the son of Earl L. and Virginia B. (Fletcher) Webber. Harry was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for the Jackson Laboratory for more than 25 years. He was a past assistant Scoutmaster and enjoyed playing Beano. He is survived by his brother, Richard Webber and wife, Teresa, of Jonesboro; sisters, Carol Dittman and husband, Richard, and Elaine Webber, all of Ellsworth; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Earl and Allen; and grandparents, George Fletcher and Mildred Urquhart. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, at Jordan-Fernald, 48 Eden St., Bar Harbor. Spring interment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Hulls Cove.
