PLANTATION 21 – Rena I. Kneeland, 82, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, at a Bangor hospital. Rena was born Aug. 24, 1926, in Alexander. She was employed for more than 20 years as a bus driver for Princeton, Baileyville and other area schools. Rena was predeceased by her husband, George S. Kneeland. Surviving are her three children, Jeanette Dwelley and husband, Orland, of Township 21, Gerti Blackwell of Port Neches, Texas, and George L. Kneeland of Princeton; three grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais, where a funeral service will be held noon Wednesday.
