ST. JOHN PLANTATION – Priscilla Ann (Moore) Lull, 70, passed away peacefully Dec. 23, 2008, with her family by her side, at her residence. Since 1976, Priscilla resided in St. John and was graced with caring friends and neighbors. She was born May 9, 1938, in Littleton N.H., the youngest of four children of Morris A. Moore and Kathrine L. (Williams) Moore. She was raised on her parent’s farm in Littleton, N.H., surrounded by the White Mountains. She graduated from Kingston High School, Kingston, N.H., in 1956. She was well known for her basketball skills, being a member of the girl’s varsity team and loved lending a helping hand on the family farm. Priscilla graduated from Thomas Nelson College, Virginia, where she received her degree as a registered nurse. She was a very caring and dedicated nurse. She retired from nursing at Northern Maine Medical Center, Fort Kent. She was a very dedicated wife, loving mother and grandmother. She devoted timeless hours to scouting events and Little League activities. Priscilla was a woman known for her passion to adventure on the waters of the Allagash Waterway. When she wasn’t canoeing with her family, Priscilla loved quilting and spending time at the camp with her loved ones. Priscilla was predeceased by her husband, Jim. She is survived by her daughter, Alison (Lull) O’Leary of Fort Kent; two sons, Scott Lull and his wife, Jeanne-Darc, of St. Basil, New Brunswick, and Craig Lull and his wife, Ann-Marie, of Wingdale, N.Y.; her sisters, Geneva French and Glenn McKinnon; and her brother, Ralph “Bud” Moore. Her memory will also be survived by her grandchildren, Amber, Misty, Bobby, Cote, Alexis and Erik; as well as several nieces and nephews. Priscilla will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her presence in heaven will be shown through the patchwork of the clouds. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours at the funeral home. Family and friends are invited to attend a church service 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at St. Paul’s Congregational Church, St. Francis. Burial in the spring will be at St. Paul’s Congregational Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 470 Forest Ave., Suite 302, Portland, ME 04101.
