HAMPTONVILLE, N.C. – Ronald Wakely Call, 52, passed away Dec. 31, 2008, at home, after a long battle with cancer. He was born June 19, 1956, in Bangor, to Priscilla and the late Norman Call. Surviving are his wife, Deborah Call; two sons, Randy and Cory Bragg of Glenburn; two stepchildren, Angela and Timothy McCann; several grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; one sister, Julianne and Robert Spaulding of Daleville, Ala.; three brothers, Jeffery and Patricia Call of Madira Beach, Fla., Roger and Angela Call of Hamptonville, N.C., and Douglas and Marita Call of East Bend, N.C.; one brother-in-law, Edwin and Mary McAfee of Bangor; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to your local Cancer Society in memory of Ronald Call.
