BANGOR – A funeral service for Burton H. Throckmorton Jr. will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, at Hammond Street Congregational Church, 28 High St., Bangor. All are welcome to a reception immediately after the service Wednesday in the church vestry. Private interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor.
