EAST MILLINOCKET – Joseph Blaine Chubbuck, 19, passed away unexpectedly Dec. 22, 2008, in Lansing, Mich. He was born March 31, 1989, in Houlton, the son of Richard Chubbuck and Connie (Pelkey) Chubbuck. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. In addition to his father of Monticello and his mother of East Millinocket, he is survived by three sisters, Rebecca Matthews of Massachusetts, Alexia Chubbuck of Lincoln and Emily Plummer of Medway; a nephew, Aydan Matthews; grandmothers, Evelyn Chubbuck of Lincoln and Anna Pelkey of Island Falls; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by grandfathers, Erwin Chubbuck and Alexander Pelkey. A celebration of his life will be 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln.
