HODGDON – Judy Q. Hutchinson, 67, went home to be with her Lord Jan. 4, 2009, with her family at her side. She was born May 17, 1941, in Houlton, the daughter of Cyril and Evelyn (Oliver) Quint. Judy worked several jobs in her life, the last of which she was a school bus driver at SAD 70 for 16 years. She was a member of Hodgdon Baptist Church, in which she served as a leader and secretary for the kids AWANA program and also as church secretary. She was involved in TOPS of Maine, where she made many special friends and volunteered as secretary. Judy enjoyed cross-stitching, sewing, crafts and her flower gardens. She was an avid fan for playing and enjoying sports of all kinds. She had a special ability for organizing activities and writing poems for special occasions. She was predeceased by her husband, Roger W. Hutchinson; her father; sister, Sharon E. Quint; and grandson, Arthur R. Gove. Judy is survived by her mother, Evelyn Quint of Hodgdon; son, Randy Gove and his wife, Diane, of Houlton; daughter, Shelly Gove Farrar and her husband, Vaughn, of Hodgdon; son, Roger “Bradley” Hutchinson and his companion, Stacie Blake, of Houlton; grandchildren, Wendy Craig, Lacey Farrar, Drew Farrar and Elias Hutchinson; and great-grandchildren, JunMarie Gove and Alexandria Craig. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Clare Quint, Alan Quint, Sally Danubio, Sharol Putnam, Pedro Quint, Gehrig Quint, Melinda Horan, Kurt Quint, Brent Quint and their families. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Dunn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Lunn officiating.
