BANGOR – John T. Karnes Jr., 69, died Jan. 18, 2009, at a Bangor hospital. Relatives and friends are welcome to call 5-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24.
