BREWER – Family and friends of Judith A. “Judy” Foster may visit 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, where a service in honor of her life will begin 1 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Virgil Phinney, presiding. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor.
