FRIENDSHIP – Joel Sheridan Maxcy, 62, passed away Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009, surrounded by his loving family, at his home. Visiting hours will be held noon-2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, at Hall Funeral Home, 949 Main St., Waldoboro, where a celebration of Joel’s life will be held 2 p.m. Burial will be held at Sweetland Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Joel’s memory to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 87 Elm St., Suite 203, Camden, ME 04843. Arrangements are entrusted to Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 949 Main St., Waldoboro.
