DEXTER – Lorraine Curtis, 71, died Feb 9, 2009, at a Pittsfield hospital. She was born Sept. 16, 1937, in Burlington, the daughter of Eugene and Irene (Champion) Shorey. Lorraine enjoyed cooking and knitting. She is survived by her children, Horace Curtis of Lowell, Greg Curtis of Lincoln, Jean Cota of Old Town, Beth Seeley of Lincoln and Jowellyn Cobb of Burlington; sisters, Jeanette Bradbury of Exeter, Lois Norris of Plymouth and Vinal Shorey of Lowell; eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis Curtis; and a son, Jefferey Curtis. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, with the Rev.
