ST. FRANCIS and ST. JOHN – Bonnie (Cassidy) Delcenio, 62, died peacefully Feb. 26, 2009, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Dec. 31, 1946, in Houlton, the daughter of Lewis and Mary “Dolly” (McCue) Cassidy. Bonnie was an active member and involved in St. John Bible Church and became a friend to all. Bonnie will be missed, but what a praise it is that she had been given the free gift that we all can receive to move into an eternity of peace and joy with Jesus Christ. She is survived by her daughter, Sue and husband, Mark Ruggerio, and their children, Bethany and Moriah, all of St. John; one son, Steven and his wife, Laura Hannan, of Palm Coast, Fla.; one brother, Morris and his wife, Lois Cassidy, of Houlton; one sister, Linda Hannigan of Houlton; two sisters-in-law, Marjoie and Linda Cassidy; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one grandson, Joshua Ruggerio; and two brothers, Harold and Oden Cassidy. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday at Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Bible Church with the Rev. Mark Ruggerio officiating.
