BUCKS HARBOR – Warren A. Colbeth Sr., husband of the late Madeleine (Huntley) Colbeth, passed away Friday, March 13, 2009, after a brief illness. He was born in Portland, the son of George and Florence (Thompson) Colbeth. Warren is survived by his daughters, Susan and husband, John Almendinger Jr., and Jeanine and husband, James Garner; his son, Warren and wife, Clarice Colbeth Jr., all of Machiasport; his granddaughter, Stefany Almendinger; four grandsons, David and Christopher Garner, and Evan and Cody Garner; and two sisters, Georgia Day and Marion Voita. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his church family. He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Mary Ann; his brother, Clifford Colbeth; his parents; and three sisters, Helen Colbeth, Alice Johnson and Philena Harmon. Friends and relatives are invited to join his children and his sisters in a celebration of his life 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21, at Bucks Harbor Baptist Church with a luncheon afterward.
