ARUNDEL – Leonard W. Crowe Jr., 42, went to be with the Lord, March 15, 2009, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed skiing, ice fishing, the band Iron Maiden and riding his Harley. He is survived by his wife, Caroline Kingston Crowe; his mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Larry Lightbody of Anson; his father and stepmother, Leonard Sr. and Penny Crowe of Carmel; a brother and his wife, Eric and Sherry Crowe of Skowhegan; his son C.J.; and his in-laws, John and Carol Kingston of Kennebunkport. He also leaves an extended family including nieces, Kristen and Chelsy Crowe. At the time of his passing he was in the care of Tidewell Hospice of Southwest Florida, Englewood, Fla. There will be a celebration of his life 2 p.m. May 2 at Calvary Pentecostal Church, Madison. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tidewell Hospice.
