BANGOR and SOUTH PARIS – A funeral service for Ruby M. Merrill will be held 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with her son, Dr. Eugene Merrill of Dallas Theological Seminary, Texas, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to call 11:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments after the interment at Advent Christian Church, 2141 Broadway, Bangor.
