EAST MILLINOCKET – Kathleen Marie Duprey, 51, has gone to be with her Lord, after her unexpected death Monday, March 30, 2009. She was born Aug. 11, 1957, in Millinocket, the daughter of Gerald and Lucille (Cossar) Frost Sr. Kathy enjoyed spending time and playing with her grandchildren, and teaching at Tri Town Christian Academy, Medway. She was also an active and devoted member of Tri Town Baptist Church, East Millinocket. Kathy is survived by her husband, David Duprey of East Millinocket, with whom she would have celebrated her 28th wedding anniversary Sept. 5; daughters, Melissa Duprey of Auburn and Lynn Duprey of East Millinocket; a son, John Goodrow and his wife, Monica Kimball, of Medway; four grandchildren, Dalton, Chelsea, Alexis and Jonathan, all of Medway; her mother, Lucille Frost and friend, Reginald Smith, of Tremont; siblings, Phillip Frost and his wife, Diane, of Tremont, Gerald Frost Jr. and his wife, Beth, of Seal Harbor, Kenneth Frost and his wife, Jenny, of Dexter, Teresa Parsons and her husband, Blaine, of Unity, and Karen Richards and her friend, Tim McCormick, of Lincoln; her brothers-in-law, Darrell Duprey and his wife, Jackie, of East Millinocket, Roger Duprey of Connecticut, and Russell Page of Guilford; a sister-in-law, Emily Banis and her husband, Mike, of Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Kathy was predeceased by her father, Gerald Frost Sr., in 1998; her mother-in-law, Sophie Duprey, in 1988; a sister-in-law, Linda Page, in 1994; and a granddaughter, Kimberly Anne Goodrow, in 2001. Friends are invited to visit with the family 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 3, at Tri Town Baptist Church, 8 Cone St., East Millinocket, with Pastor Dave Chicoine officiating. Spring interment will be at East Millinocket Cemetery.
