GRINDSTONE – Jane A. Dube, 68, died peacefully April 1, 2009, at a Bangor health care facility, after a long illness. She was born March 10, 1941, in Old Town, a daughter of Robert and Jennie (Robichaud) Dube. Jane lived a simple life and enjoyed time spent with family and the companionship of her dog, Evy. She is survived by two sisters, Theresa McNerney and her husband, Ken, of Hudson and Gloria Hayden of Madison; a brother, Robert Dubey of Crowley, La.; several nieces and nephews; and extended family and special friends, the Brackett family. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, where friends may call 10 a.m. until the time of service. Spring interment will be at Lawndale Cemetery, Old Town.
