CARIBOU – Richard R. Soucie, 64, died unexpectedly May 6, 2009, at his residence. He was born March 12, 1945, in Caribou, son of the late Robert and Leona (Collins) Soucie. Mr. Soucie was employed by several area trucking companies for a number of years and was a self-employed carpenter when he lived in Connecticut. He is survived by three sons, Randy Soucie of Caribou, Ricky Soucie of Ohio and Bryan Soucie of Washington; one daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Roy Dee of Grand Falls, New Brunswick; one brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Dene Soucie of Somersworth, N.H.; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Suzette and Michael Albair of Woodland and Sharon Belanger of Lebanon, Mo.; three grandchildren, Brittney, Brianna and Seth; several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, May 11, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Arrangements by Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou.
