HOWLAND – Robert J. Dumont, 83, died May 9, 2009, at a Howland health care facility. He was born April 7, 1926, in St. Louis-du-ha-ha, Quebec, the son of Jean-Baptiste and Yvonne (Morin) Dumont. He is survived by three children, Robert, Regina and Laurie; seven brothers, seven sisters, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He also leaves his life companion of 35 years, Adelle Martin of Howland and her children and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; two daughters, Jenny and Mary; and one sister.
