MADAWASKA – Nancy Marie (Raymond) Golembesky died May 14, 2009, at a Fort Kent nursing home. She was born Dec. 31, 1961, in Fort Kent, to Alsime “Babe” and the late Mary (Marin) Raymond. Nancy is survived by her husband of 11 years, W. Joshua Golembesky; her two sons, Zeke, 10, and Gryphon, 8, all of Madawaska; her father of Fort Kent and St. John; her sisters, Jeanette Michaud of Frenchville, Patsy Albert of Frenchville, Judy Chasse of Fort Kent, Linda Jandreau of Presque Isle, Mona McCormick of Orrington, Paige Pearson of Brewer and Donna Thibodeau of Madawaska; and her brother, Gary Raymond of Fort Kent. She was predeceased by her mother in 2008; and her brother, Steve Raymond in 1975. Family and friends may call 4-8 p.m. Saturday, May 23, at the family home, 573 Gagnon Road, Madawaska, for memories and refreshments. A memorial service will be held at St. Louis Church, Fort Kent, at the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Paradis Cancer Fund, 194 East Main St., Fort Kent, ME 04743. Arrangements are being handled by Direct Cremation of Maine, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast.
