LINCOLN – Roger McNamara, who was born Dec. 3, 1952, passed on to explore the vast universe May 23, 2009. Mac was a unique and colorful character who had a passion for hunting, fishing and exploring life to its fullest. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Heidi and husband, Joe Goncalves, and unborn grandson, “Little Mac,” of Manchester, Conn.; sister, Ember and husband, Stephen Jackson, of Greenbush; sister, Karen Hudgins of Bangor; and brother, Michael Audibert and Lois Liberty of Winslow. He will be greatly missed by his extended family, John Whitehouse, Brian McKinnon, Doug and Linda Hutchins, and his many friends. Farewell services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, May 30, on the hill at Brian McKinnon’s, Mattawamkeag. Fellowship will be afterward at Doug Hutchins.
