BREWER – Arnold L. Osgood, 82, died June 10, 2009, at a Bangor hospital. Services are tentatively planned for Friday and Saturday. A complete obituary will be published in Friday’s edition of the Bangor Daily News by Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer.
