ST. ALBANS – Memorial services for Laurence C. Springer Sr., 76, who died Jan. 6, 2009, in Zephyrhills, Fla., will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20, at St. Albans Union Church with the Rev. Margo Carmines officiating. Directly after the service Masonic services and burial will be conducted at Maloon Cemetery, St. Albans. Laurence is survived by his wife of 55 years, Helen Springer; son, Larry Springer Jr. and his wife, Debbie; daughters, Carolyn Stratos and her husband, Christo, and Nancy Needham and her husband, Craig; grandchildren, Weston and his wife, Audra and their three children, Tyson, Kaden and Natayla Springer; Brandon Springer and his wife, Brianne and daughter, Ariella; Jennie Hilton and Kristin Caron; sisters, Hazel Littlefield and her husband, Ed, Beatrice Littlefield and her husband, Elmer, and Rita Gordon and husband, Daryl; brothers; Don Springer and his wife, Joanne, and Dean Springer and his wife, Rosemary; several nieces and nephews. Laurence was predeceased by his brothers, George, Raymond and James Springer. His brother, Dale W. Springer, died Feb. 22, 2009, and his service will be held jointly with Laurence.
