PRESQUE ISLE – Elise Gallagher Brissette passed into a new life June 17, 2009, at a local hospital. Born near midnight June 16, 2009, she lived only a few hours, but was loved dearly during her short time on Earth, and will be held in our hearts forever. Elise is survived by her parents, Brandy (Gallagher) and Eric Brissette; her maternal grandparents, Angela (Godin) and Ron Gallagher; and her paternal grandparents, Brian Brissette and Jane Caulfield Brissette. She is also survived by her aunt, Emiley Gallagher; her uncle, Justin Brissette; her great-grandparents, Elizabeth (Langley) and Elwood Gallagher; her great-grandmother, Louise (Whitehead) Caulfield; many great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her great-grandparents, Aurore (Corbin) and Alphy Godin; and her great-grandfather, Robert Caulfield. Our heartfelt thanks goes to the obstetrics staff at The Aroostook Medical Center for their good care and compassion during a difficult time, especially to midwives Mary and Nancy. In accordance with her parent’s wishes, there will be no funeral services.
