LEE – Judith A.D. Allan, 64, died June 25, 2009, at her home. She was born Aug. 6, 1944, in Gardiner, the daughter of J Prescott and Hazel (Campbell) Dill. Judy graduated from Machias Memorial High School in 1962. She loved gospel music, gardening and was very artistic. In July 2000, she became a licensed minister from Beulah Fellowship in New Hampshire. She is survived by her husband, Dale B. Allan Sr. of Lee; her children, Dale B. Allan Jr. and his wife, Sherry, of Waterboro, Mary F. Adley and her husband, Jim, of Embden, Marguerite Bartlett and her husband, Eamonn, of Greenville, Tenn., and Joshua A. Allan and his companion, Lily Schofield, of Lee; four grandchildren, Jimmy and Nathan Adley of Embden, Dylan Allan of Leeds, and Kadra Allan of Greenville; two brothers, Alden Dill of Old Town and Emil Dill and his wife, Nat, of Scroggins, Texas; three sisters, Charmaine Stanley of Bullock, N.C., Bonnie Dostie and her husband, Donald, of Brooksville, Fla., and Freda Turner of Plantsville, Conn.; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Wanda; and two brothers, Benjamin and Richard Dill. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lee, with the Rev. Ed Costain officiating.
