CORINNA – Sally Mendivil, 74, died July 4, 2009, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Aug. 5, 1934, in Corinna, a daughter of Herbert and Carmen (Cook) Dow Sr. She attended Corinna schools and was a longtime member of Corinna United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Paul of Corinna; two sons, Russell and wife, Diana Ricker, of Biddeford and Roger Ricker; a daughter, Debbie Ricker; one brother, Herbert and wife, Betty Dow, all of Corinna; two grandchildren, Rachel and Mark Ricker; and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Rita. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 10, at Crosby & Neal Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna.
