MERINDY MAY (DAY) TAYLOR PRESQUE ISLE – Merindy M. (Day) Taylor, 91, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2009, at Harbor Hill, in Belfast. Merindy was born Dec. 31, 1917, in Presque Isle, to Cleveland T. Day and Emma J. Beckwith. Merindy enjoyed her dog, Tansy Melody, sewing, crafts, gardening and visits with her family and friends. She was predeceased by her three husbands, Harold McGuire, Glenwood E. Hull and Franklin Taylor; brothers, Raymond Day and Norman Day and his wife, Myrtle; and son, Harold C. Hull. She is survived by Judy Hull, wife of Harold; sons, Stephen, Franklin and Neil and wife, Cheryl; daughters, Velma and husband, Larry Kinsley, and Nancy and Rodrick Perkins. She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle.
