MILLINOCKET and VERNON, Conn. – Angeline (Davis) Lyons, 90, wife of the late Alex Lyons, passed from this life peacefully July 12, 2009. She was born June 27, 1919, in Brookton, daughter of the late Leila and Frank Davis. She was predeceased by sisters, Fern Bubar, Callie Shay and Lois Kinney; and brothers, Max, Bernard, Ralph, Harold and Frank Davis. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sally and John Lyon of Connecticut; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Dianna Davis of Maine; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. A graveside service was held Wednesday, July 15, in Millinocket. Small & Pietras Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
