HOULTON – Frederick R. Rideout, 48, died July 30, 2009, at his residence. He was born Nov. 30, 1960, in Caribou, the son of Richard R. and Barbara M. (Dyer) Rideout. Fred worked several jobs in the Houlton area, mostly recently at Jean’s Serendipity. He is survived by his caregivers, Shawn and Becky Toupin and their children, Rachel and Gracie; his friend and roommate, Ronnie Bragg; all of the Mooers families; his motorcycle friends, and everyone at Houlton Big Stop Restaurant. He was predeceased by his parents; and his foster mother, Ruth Mooers. Friends may call noon Monday at Dunn Funeral Home with funeral services beginning 1 p.m. with the Rev.
