BANGOR – Leslie A. Bragg, 43, husband of Kelly Bragg, went home to be with the Lord Aug. 1, 2009, at his residence. He was born July 5, 1966, in Manchester, Conn., the son of Wally and Nettie Pond of Levant. Les had a special passion for rebuilding old cars and old Harley’s. He was predeceased by his brother and best friend, William “Bill” W. Bragg, in 1998. He is survived by his parents, Wally and Nettie Pond of Levant; his loving wife, Kelly; five children, Amanda “DoDo Bird” Bragg of Surry, Ashley “A dog” Bragg of Levant, William “Lil Will” Bragg of Baileyville, Lilliana “Little Monkey” Bragg of Bangor and Haley “Potato Head” James of Oklahoma; a sister, Denise Pond and her husband, Gordon, of Hermon and their four children, Heidi Morris, Heather Witham and her husband, Andy, of Hermon, Desiree Webb and Joshua Pond of Hermon; a very special friend, Carl Winchester of Bangor; many special cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Uncle Pumpkin will be in our hearts forever. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at Carmel Full Gospel Church, Route 2, Carmel.
