WELLESLEY, Mass., and WEST BARNSTABLE, Mass. – We all said goodbye to Natalie Stimmell Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009, after a yearlong fight with cancer. She was the wife of William Stimmell for 51 years; and produced three outstanding daughters, Erin Stimmell Clark and her husband, Jack, of Reading, Pa., Kelly Messier and her husband, Keith, of Norwood, Mass., and Lara Storella and her husband, Frank, of Holliston, Mass. She has four grandchildren, Brendan Clark, Griffin Plaag, Isabelle Storella and Keira Messier; and a stepgrandchild, Noah Messier. She is survived by a sister, Eileen Cox of Bangor; and a brother, Jon McNulty of Falmouth. She was a teacher of young children, 5 and 6 years old, in the Newton (Mass.) School System for 23 years. She will be remembered for her love of family and small children, and put up with her husband for 51 years. All who knew her understood her strong sense of good values that made us better people. Funeral services 11 a.m. Friday at George F. Doherty and Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., Route 16, Wellesley, Mass. A funeral Mass will be held noon Friday at St. Paul Church, Wellesley, Mass. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be held 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
