SCARBOROUGH – Eugina “Gina” T. Lowell, 44, died Monday, Aug. 31, 2009, with her loving family by her side at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, after a courageous battle with cancer. A visiting hour will be held 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, at Hobbs Funeral Home, 671 U.S. Route 1, Scarborough, where a memorial service will begin 2 p.m. Interment will be private at a later date.
