SANGERVILLE – Sylvia L. Roettger, 78, died Sept. 5, 2009, at a Dexter health care facility. She was born June 1, 1931, in Mexico City, Mexico, daughter of Aurelio and Soledad Ortega. She is survived by a son, Louis Roettger and his wife, Maryann, of Sangerville; a brother, Frederico Ortega; a sister, Christina Desadvedra, both of Mexico; two grandchildren, Louis M. Roettger of Connecticut, and Anthony P. Roettger of Guilford; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Larissa and Mya; several nieces and nephews.
