MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – Jane Francis McCullough, 74, died Monday, Sept. 28, 2009, at City Hospital. Born Aug. 26, 1935, in Olamon, she was the daughter of the late John Clifford Francis and Lillian Briggs Francis. She was a 1953 graduate of Old Town High School. She is survived by three sons, Mike Sr. and wife, Karla, Tim and wife, Tamora, and Sam McCullough; one daughter, Susan McCullough; five grandchildren, Michael Jr., Kali, Wayne, Abby and Ethan; three great-grandchildren, Mariah, Autumn and Alicia; one sister, Dorothy Kennedy and husband, Edmund, of Greenbush; two aunts, Kathryn Briggs and Dorothy Mohr of Rexford, N.Y.; and one brother-in-law, Glenn Oliver of Alvin, Texas. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Earl D. McCullough; and four sisters, Jeanette Rice, Cathryn Brown, Joan Murphy and Joyce Oliver. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va., with the Rev. William C. Crowe officiating. Private interment will be held at Rosedale Cemetery.
