MILLINOCKET – David L. Duplisea, 65, husband of Sally M. (Morgan) Duplisea, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, at Millinocket Regional Hospital after a long illness. He was born April 19, 1944, in Portland, the son of Jack and Glennis (Reardon) Duplisea.
David was known for his keen sense of humor. He enjoyed watching the Red Sox play, but he loved playing with his grandkids, who were his pride and joy. In addition to his wife, Sally, David is survived by a daughter, Nicole and her husband, Matt Bouchard; a stepdaughter, Theresa and her husband, Terry Cochran; grandchildren, Samantha, Melissa and Felicia Cochran, Faith and Grace Bouchard; brothers, John Duplisea Sr. and Eugene Duplisea; many nieces and nephews.
In accordance with David’s wishes, there will be a graveside service 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at Millinocket Cemetery with the Rev. Joel Cyr officiating.
