CARIBOU – Ronald J. Ouellette, 57, died Oct. 7, 2009, at his residence after a long illness. He was born Oct. 2, 1952, in Caribou, the son of Lawrence and Bertha (Libby) Ouellette. Ron was a graduate of Caribou High School, Class of 1978, and was employed at Habeeb’s Smoke Shop for 10 years. He attended Caribou United Baptist Church. He is survived by three brothers, Reginald Ouellette and Raynold Ouellette, both of Caribou, and Roger Dale Ouellette and his wife, Darlene, of Presque Isle; one sister, Deloras Doolin of Kentucky; three nieces, Tonya Simpson and her husband, Todd, of Presque Isle, Tina Taubin and her husband, Doug, of North Carolina, and Melanie Gardner of Gray; two nephews, Neil Ouellette and his wife, Sarah, of Ohio, and Derek Ouellette of Presque Isle; and a very special friend, April. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard, in 2003. Friends may call noon until the time of services Saturday, Oct. 10, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, where a funeral service will begin 2 p.m. with the Rev.
