ORONO – Brenda (Wentworth) Law, 55, died Nov. 4, 2009, surrounded by her family at her home. She was born Sept. 21, 1954, in Bangor, the daughter of Warren E. and Erma J. (Wood) Wentworth. Brenda was a graduate of Orono High School, Class of 1973. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1973 to 1976. She had been employed with Old Town Canoe for several years. Surviving are her husband, Donald; mother, Erma; sister, Lynn Prue and her husband, Chris, all of Orono; two brothers, Kevin Wentworth and his wife, Tanya, of Veazie, and Leslie Wentworth and his wife, Janice, of North Waterboro; and nephews, Ryan Prue and Eric Wentworth. Private graveside services will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Orono. Gifts in her memory may be sent to Animal Orphanage, Airport Road, Old Town, ME 04468.
