MOUNT CHASE – Francene A. Eddins, 59, passed away Nov. 8, 2009, at a local hospital. She was born March 30, 1950, in Providence, R.I., the daughter of Howard and Pauline (Cherok) Beebe. Francene enjoyed her garden, spending time with her family and anything to do with being outdoors. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Eddins Jr. of Mount Chase; her son, Howie Eddins of New Hampshire; her daughter, Naomi Eddins of Houlton; two grandchildren, Christopher and Taryen Eddins; her brother, Howard Beebe of Shin Pond; two sisters, Barbara Gaspar and Norma Connelly, both of Rhode Island; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and her brother, Eugene Beebe. A memorial will be held at a later date.
