LA MESA, Calif. – Our precious gift from God, Alana Shannon Grant, 18, who was born Feb. 19, 1991, passed away Nov. 24, 2009. She is survived by her mother, Stacy Sawyer and stepfather, Jim Sawyer; father, Craig Grant; one sister, Celeste Grant; grandparents, Mary and Avon Grant; grandmother, Carolyn Estabrook; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be held 10 a.m. Dec. 5 at United Pentecostal Church, 136 Main St., Houlton.
