HARRINGTON – Lula M. (Seavey) Myrick passed away Dec. 7, 2009, in Machias. She was born Aug. 1, 1923, in Columbia, daughter of Harry and Corris (Grant) Seavey. She is survived by four brothers, Hollis and Robert, both of Harrington, Earl of Cherryfield and Maurice of Milbridge; three sisters, Dorothy Reynolds of Harrington, Delia Reynolds of Milbridge and Edna Pinkham of Southwest Harbor; a half sister, Margaret Butler of Hancock; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Victor Carter. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Walter; five brothers, Arnold, Raymond, Merton, Kenneth and Frank; two sisters, Clara and Fannie Nash; and a half sister, Eunice Thaxter. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Dec. 19 at Church of Christ, Milbridge, with Pastor Owen Beal officiating.
