BANGOR – Catholic funeral rites with the Reception of the Body for Father John Joseph Austin will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, 207 York St., Bangor, with a wake immediately afterward, concluding with evening prayer at 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, at St. John’s Church.
